If one of these statuses appears on your order tracking, unfortunately, some or all of the products of your order can not be shipped.
This is likely due to a stock issue in our warehouses, possibly because several orders were placed within a short interval for the same item with limited availability.
As the complete order couldn't be fulfilled, we will refund the items that were not shipped.
