Except for items from the Seconde Main Gerard Darel website, you have 30 days from the moment you received the package or picked it up at a pick-up station to return it totally or partially.
The products must be returned in their original packaging with their labels in a perfect state.
We advise you to keep the deposit, proof of your package until the reimbursment is complete.

A returns label will be generated and emailed to you.
To complete and send your parcel, go to a Chronopost drop-off point with the pre-stamped label on your parcel, making sure it contains the original delivery note.

a/ If you have a Gerard Darel account:
Go to the "My Orders" section of your account. Click on the order you wish to return, then click on the "Return" button and follow the instructions.
b/ If you do not have a Gerard Darel account (guest order):
To process a return, you will need your Global-e order number, which can be found on your delivery note (reference starts with GE).
Then log in to the dedicated Global-e returns portal to register your request and obtain your return label.
