Upon receipt of the parcel in our warehouse, your return will be processed by our team within 7 business days.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notification by email.
The refund will be issued to the payment method used for your purchase. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or the payment method used.
If your order was paid partially or in full using a store credit generated on our Second Hand website, a new store credit will be sent to you by email within 7 business days after your return has been processed.
